BlackBerry Storm shortcut keys

Hold the Phone/Make Call button
- Opens the Phone and goes directly to Address Book in the phone

Press the Phone/Make Call button (while not on a call)
- Opens the Phone applicationPress the End Call button (while not on a call) - Goes to the Home Screen

Hold the End Call button
- Shut down the device

Hold the Menu button
- Opens Application Switcher (like ALT+Tab)

Hold the Back button (in Browser)
- Closes Browser

In Messages or Address Book, hold down the Scroll Up button.
- This will take you to the top of the messages list.

In Messages or Address Book, hold down the Scroll Down button.
- This will take you to the bottom of the messages list.

Show keyboard:
To show the keyboard - On screen a with bottom button bar, hover over the bar, and swipe up.
To hide the keyboard - On screen a with bottom button bar, hover over middle of the keyboard, and swipe down.


SureType keyboard:
Show Keyboard, Hold ALT key till it locks, press
Lock ALT, then type ",5,5"
- Bring up the Event Log.
- "ALT + LGLG" on other BlackBerry devices.

Lock ALT, then type "889,,"
- Show signal strength on Home Screen in numbers/bars
- "ALT + NMLL" on other BlackBerry devices.


QWERTY Keyboard:
Lock ALT, "/"/
- Bring up the Event Log.
- "ALT + LGLG" on other BlackBerry devices.

Lock ALT, then type "!,""" (Yes, there are 2 quotes in the keyboard shortcut)
- Show signal strength on Home Screen in numbers/bars
- "ALT + NMLL" on other BlackBerry devices.
